   Further Re: Call Option over 12.5 per cent. of Eurocity Properties PLC ('
                                   Eurocity')



Further to the announcement made on 15th February, 2002, the Company announces
that on 11th March, 2002 the Company entered into an agreement to extend the
exercise period for the call option that it holds to acquire 731,578 Ordinary
Shares in Eurocity ('Eurocity Shares'), representing 12.56 per cent. of the
issued share capital of Eurocity.  The call option is now exerciseable on or
before 16th May, 2002.
