2015 Annual Report and 2016 Annual General Meeting

The Company has today posted copies of the following documents to its shareholders:

1.    Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2015, which have been based on the information disclosed in the Final Results Announcement made on 24 November 2015;

2.    Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on 11 February 2016; and

3.    Form of Proxy in respect of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 11 February 2016.

Copies of each of these documents will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and they will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM
