Successful completion of portfolio acquisition

The Paragon Group of Companies PLC ("Paragon") is pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition of a further portfolio of closed UK consumer credit card receivables from MBNA Europe Bank Limited previously announced on 3 September 2012.  The consideration payable on completion was £16.1 million.
