The Company announces that Alan Fletcher, a director and PDMR of the Company, has today bought a total of 22,930 ordinary shares of £1.00 each in The Paragon Group of Companies PLC at £3.2707 per share.

Following the purchase of these shares, Mr Fletcher holds 82,930 ordinary shares of £1.00 each in the Company.
