Non-executive director appointment
Paragon is pleased to announce the appointment of Zoe Howorth as a Non-Executive Director and member of the Risk and Compliance and Remuneration Committees with effect from 1 June 2023.
Zoe brings an extensive range of skills and experience to the Board. Zoe's executive career included over 16 years' experience at the Coca-Cola Company across a variety of roles that culminated in her role as UK Marketing Director.
Zoe is a Board member of AG Barr PLC, a FTSE 250 consumer goods business, where she is Chair of the ESG Committee and member of the Remuneration Committee.
Zoe also holds a number of Non-Executive Director roles with private companies. In 2021, Zoe joined the Board of International Schools Partnership Limited, a global education business, where she has board responsibility for ESG and brand. Zoe is also a non-executive member of the Water Babies International Board.

Robert East, Chair of the Board added: "Zoe's breadth of knowledge, which includes branding, digital and sustainability understanding, and her strong focus on the customer, will enhance the diversity of perspective on the Board, which is imperative to driving Paragon's strategy."
The appointment of Zoe to the Board increases the Board's depth of customer, brand and marketing experience whilst bringing the percentage of Board members that are female to 40%, in accordance with Rule 9.8.6R(9) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
This announcement is made in accordance with Rule 9.6.11 of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
The Group confirms there are no other matters requiring disclosure under Rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules.
