Listing Rule 9.6.14(R) Disclosure

The Paragon Group of Companies PLC announces in accordance with LR 9.6.14(R) that Peter Hartill, a non-executive director, has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of A & J Mucklow Group PLC, with effect from 1 July 2016.  Peter will also join their Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees.
