Board Appointment
Interregnum plc, the technology merchant bank, announces the promotion of Niall
Doran to the board with immediate effect.
Niall joined Interregnum as a managing director in September 2004. He began his
career at Accenture, where he worked on a series of large technology projects in
banking, financial markets and consumer products. Prior to joining Interregnum
he was turnaround CEO of Intigma, a Softbank-backed IT software company
providing structured content solutions to Global 500 companies.

There are no further details to be disclosed in respect of Niall Doran pursuant
