                     Cancellation of Share Premium Account


The Parkmead Group is pleased to announce that the cancellation of the entire
share premium account of the Company, as detailed in a circular sent to
shareholders on 19 April 2006 and approved by shareholders at an EGM held on 12
May 2006, was yesterday confirmed by the High Court.  The reduction was
registered by the Registrar of Companies yesterday, 29 June 2006 and is
effective from that date.
