The Parkmead Group plc (the 'Group')
Director shareholding
Following the announcement made on 23 May 2006 relating to the creation of an
Employee Benefit Trust ('EBT'), the Board of the Parkmead Group plc announces
that the EBT has been duly established and has subscribed for 33,485,616 new
ordinary 5 pence shares ('Ordinary Shares') in the Group which have been duly
allotted. The EBT has made a loan to Niall Doran, Chief Executive of the Group,
of £2,678,849.28, who, under the terms of the EBT, has acquired the 33,485,616
Ordinary Shares from it at 8 pence per share (the current market price is 7.5
pence).
As a result Mr Doran is now interested in 33,485,616 Ordinary Shares or 9.09% of
the total issued share capital of the Group.
Application has been made for the 33,485,616 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to
trading on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market for listed securities.
