                             Director Shareholding

The Company has today been informed today that, on 11 April 2002, Ken Olisa,
Chairman, purchased 340,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 3.5p
per share.

Following this transaction, Ken Olisa is now beneficially interested in
36,060,076 Ordinary Shares, representing 55.1 per cent. of the issued share
capital of the Company.
