The Board of Parkmead wishes to announce that Mr Melvyn Morris, a Non-Executive
Director of the Group, has announced his decision to step down from the Board of
Parkmead with immediate effect.


Commenting, Chief Executive of the Group, Niall Doran, said:


'Mel Morris has contributed significantly to the development of the Group over
the past two years where his experience of managing technology companies proved
highly valuable.  Mel has decided to spend more time on his own business
interests and we, as a Group, would like to take the opportunity of wishing him
every success.'
