Non-Executive Director Steps Down
Interregnum PLC ('Interregnum' or 'the Company') today announces that Graham
Ransom has stepped down from the Board as a Non-Executive Director with
immediate effect after almost 10 years working alongside Ken Olisa in building
Interregnum.
The Franchise agreement between Interregnum and Graham's company, Venture
Marketing Limited, has been terminated by mutual agreement. Graham will continue
to grow Venture Marketing Ltd. as an independent business serving the growth
requirements of early-stage technology companies and their investors.
Graham remains Chairman of the Interregnum subsidiary, Yospace Technologies
Ltd., where he has been instrumental in structuring the recovery and growth of
the business following the difficult trading environment in the telecoms sector
in 2001/2.
Commenting, Ken Olisa, Chief Executive of Interregnum, said:
'Graham has made an invaluable contribution to the Interregnum business over the
years and he will retain an important role as Chairman of our subsidiary,
Yospace Technologies. We thank him for his contribution and look forward to
continuing to work with him as the Yospace business develops.'
