ISSUE OF SHARES


The Company has issued and allotted 162,000 new ordinary shares of 5p each
pursuant to the exercise of options at a subscription price of 5p per share.
Application has been made for the new ordinary shares, which rank pari passu
in all respects with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares, to be
admitted to trading on AIM.
