Reconvening of EGM

Further to the announcement released on the 31 October 2008, reconvening the Extraordinary General Meeting ('EGM') for the 21 November 2008, the Board of Parkmead confirms that a formal notice of EGM has today been posted to Shareholders.

The EGM will be held at the Company's offices on 2nd Floor, Vigo Street, London W1S 3HT at 10.00 a.m. on the 21 November 2008.
