Result of General Meeting
The Board is pleased to announce that all the Resolutions to approve, inter alia the Acquisition and the Capital Reorganisation were duly passed at the Company's General Meeting held earlier today.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the Acquisition Shares to be admitted to trading to AIM. It is expected that such admission will occur on 3 November 2009. The Acquisition Shares will, when issued, rank equally in all respects with the other New Ordinary Shares in issue including the right to receive dividends and other distributions declared.
Following Completion the shareholdings of Directors and other shareholders interested directly or indirectly in 3 per cent. or more of the Enlarged Ordinary Share Capital, so far as the Company is aware, are set out below:

Following the admission of the Acquisition Shares, the Enlarged Ordinary Share Capital of the Company will have increased to 603,635,898 New Ordinary Shares of 0.1 nominal value each.
All defined terms used in this announcement have the same meaning as stated in the circular dated 12 October 2009 sent to shareholders in connection with the Proposals.
