Parity Group plc announces that application has been made to the London Stock 
Exchange and the UK Listing Authority for 4,478 ordinary shares of 5p each to be
admitted to the Official List.

The shares have been allotted to the vendors of Interactive Developments Limited
as deferred consideration in accordance with the purchase and sale agreement of 
16 December 1999 and dealings are expected to commence on 20 September 2001.
