Parity Group plc ('Parity' or 'the Group'), the international IT services group,
announces that Philip Swinstead (OBE), Deputy Chairman of the company, is to
take up the new position of Non-executive Deputy Chairman with immediate effect.
John Hughes, Executive Chairman of Parity Group plc, commented: 'Since Philip
rejoined Parity in November 2004 he has made an invaluable contribution to the
re-structuring process which is now underway. I look forward to his continuing,
excellent participation in the future of Parity in his Non-executive Deputy
Chairman role.'
