On 29 September 2006, the Company granted options under the Parity Group 1999
Unapproved Company Share Option Plan over Parity Group plc ordinary shares at 
an exercise price of 52.5p per share to a Director of the Company as follows:

No consideration was paid on the grant of the options. The options will only
become exerciseable over the total number of shares under option if the
