DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING
The Company received notification on 31 March 2006 that, on 30 March 2006 (prior
to the Company's capital reorganisation on 28 April 2006) a SIPP of which Mr
P.E. Swinstead, a non-executive Director of the Company, is a beneficiary and
trustee, bought 4,000,000 ordinary shares of 5p each ('Old Shares') in the
Company at 1.75p per share, equivalent to 80,000 ordinary shares of 2p each
('Shares') in the Company following the capital reorganisation. Notification was
received on 12 May 2006 that Capriles Holdings Limited, a company owned by a
trust fund of which Mrs P.E. Swinstead is the sole beneficiary, on 4 April 2006
purchased 1,700,000 Old Shares at 1.7p per share and on 19 April 2006 purchased
1,350,000 Old Shares at 1.4p per share, equivalent to 34,000 Shares and 27,000
Shares following the capital reorganisation, respectively. Notification was
received today of the purchase by Mrs P.E. Swinstead on 18 April 2006 of
1,500,000 Old Shares at 1.3p per share, equivalent to 30,000 Shares following
the capital reorganisation.
Mr Swinstead's resultant current notifiable interest comprises 1,230,050 Shares,
representing approximately 3.25% of the Company's current issued share capital.
