DIRECTOR/PDMR DEALINGS
The Company announces the grant, on 4 June 2007 to Mr Ian Ketchin, Finance
Director, of 174,698 options to subscribe for ordinary shares of 2p each in the
Company ('Shares'), pursuant to the Company's 1999 Share Option Plan. The
options may be exercised, at 83p per share, for a period of seven years,
commencing on the third anniversary of grant, and are subject to the achievement
of certain performance criteria relating to the Company's total shareholder
return measured against a peer group of comparable companies. This grant
comprises Mr Ketchin's total option holding over the Company's shares.
The Company also announces that it has today received notification that, on 18
May 2007, Mr David Plummer, a senior executive having PDMR (but not director)
status, sold 50,000 Shares at 79p per Share. Following this transaction, Mr
Plummer's interest comprises 350,000 Shares, representing approximately 0.9% of
the Company's issued ordinary shares.
