Grant of Share Options
Parity Group plc announces that in accordance with the rules of the Parity
Group 1999 Approved Executive Share Option Scheme ('the Approved Scheme') and
the Parity Group 1999 Unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme ('the
Unapproved Scheme'), the Board has today granted options over Parity ordinary
shares of 5p each to Mr. I. Miller, Mr. R. Bacon and Ms. A. Leyshon, all of
whom are directors of the Company, as set out below.
The new options granted under both the Approved Scheme and the Unapproved
Scheme only become exercisable in the event that the Company achieves
predetermined performance targets over a three year period from the date of
the grant of the options. Assuming these targets are met, the options will be
exercisable at any time between three and ten years from the date of the grant
of the options, at the exercise prices shown below:

Mr. I. Miller 200,000 ordinary shares 100 Approved Scheme @ £0.59
199,900 Unapproved Scheme @ £0.59
Mr. R. Bacon 201,915 ordinary shares 201,915 Unapproved Scheme @ £0.59
Ms. A. Leyshon 504,237 ordinary shares 254,237 Unapproved Scheme @ £0.59
150,000 Unapproved Scheme @ £1.00
100,000 Unapproved Scheme @ £1.50
