PARITY GROUP PLC: BOARD CHANGES

Parity Group plc today announces that Paul Davies, Chief Executive Officer,
will be leaving the Group at the end of September. Keith Jennings, previously
Managing Director of Parity Solutions, has been appointed to the Group board.
