The Company has today received notification from North Atlantic Value LLP that,
on 30 November 2004, North Atlantic Value LLP acquired 1,500,000 ordinary 5p
shares in the Company ('Shares'), increasing its total interest, as
discretionary manager, in the Company to 21,133,829 Shares representing
approximately 7.32% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
