15.    Other information

In accordance with the articles of association, the Company received notice from Mr McKellar to convert 262,410 Founder A shares into new Ordinary shares on 9 June 2009 at a conversion price of 100p per Ordinary share less the amount already paid up on the Founder A shares. Application was made for the 262,410 new Ordinary shares resulting from the conversion to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange and to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and admission became effective on 29 June 2009. The new Ordinary shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary shares and, following admission, there will be 161,066,017 Ordinary shares in issue.
