PayPoint plc - Amendment to payment of Final Dividend
This announcement replaces the dividend declaration that was issued
on 17 May 2007.
The Board of Directors of PayPoint plc (the "Company") recommended
the payment of a final dividend of 9.1 pence per Ordinary Share on 16
May 2007 in respect of the year ended 25 March 2007. Subject to the
approval of shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting to
be held on 4 July 2007, the final dividend will be paid on 9 July
2007 to those shareholders on the Register on 22 June 2007 with the
associated ex-dividend date being 20 June 2007.
