PayPoint plc (the 'Company') 11 June 2010 Publication of Annual Report and Notice of 2010 Annual General Meeting The Company has today published its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 28 March 2010 ('2010 Annual Report') on its website www.paypoint.com < http://www.paypoint.com/> The Company has also submitted its 2010 Annual Report and its notice of Annual General Meeting to the UK Listing Authority. The documents will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at: The Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5HS. The Company will hold its 2010 Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, 7 July 2010 at 12pm at the offices of J.P. Morgan Cazenove, 20 Moorgate, London EC2R 6DA. In addition, following the release on 27 May 2010 of the Company's preliminary results for the year ended 28 March 2010, which are available at www.paypoint.com < http://www.paypoint.com/>, the Company makes the following additional disclosure in compliance with Rule 6.3.5 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the UK Financial Services Authority.
