NOTIFICATION OF DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING
THE COMPANY'S LONG-TERM INCENTIVE PLAN ('LTIP')
The Company announces the release of a conditional share award
granted on 19 September 2005 under the Company's LTIP to Mike Igoe, a
PDMR.
The Company achieved upper quartile total shareholder return
performance when measured against the designated comparator group
over the three year performance period. Therefore in accordance with
the rules of the LTIP, 100% of the shares subject to the award became
eligible for release. Accordingly, on 19 September 2008 Mike Igoe
became the legal and beneficial owner of 17,346 Ordinary shares of
the Company (representing 0.025% of the issued share capital).
Following the release, Mike Igoe sold 17,346 Ordinary Shares at
£6.50 per share.
Following the above transactions, Mike Igoe's interest in the
Ordinary Shares of the Company is as follows:
Share Incentive Plan:
Total Partnership, Matching and Dividend Shares: 1,710 (0.003% of the
issued share capital).
Deferred Share Bonus Plan:
Total Bonus and Matching Shares: 971 (0.001% of the issued share
capital).
LTIP:
Total shares: 18,525 (0.027% of the issued share capital)
