PayPoint plc - Final Dividend

The Board of Directors of PayPoint plc (the 'Company') recommended the payment
of a final dividend of 7.5 pence per Ordinary Share on 24 May 2006 in respect of
the year ended 31 March 2006. Subject to the approval of shareholders at the
Company's Annual General Meeting to be held on 29 June 2006, the final dividend
will be paid on 3 July 2006 to those shareholders on the Register on 2 June 2006
with the associated ex-dividend date being 31 May 2006.
