PayPoint plc - Final Dividend

On the 27 May 2009, the board of directors of PayPoint plc (the
"Company") recommended the payment of a final dividend of 11.6 pence
per ordinary share in respect of the 52 week period ended 29 March
2009. Subject to the approval of shareholders at the Company's annual
general meeting to be held on 8 July 2009, the final dividend will be
paid on 10 July 2009 to those shareholders on the register on 12 June
2009 with the associated ex-dividend date being 10 June 2009.
