PayPoint plc - Final Dividend
The board of directors of PayPoint plc (the "Company") have recommended the
payment of a final dividend of 15.6 pence per ordinary share in respect of the
year ended 27 March 2011. Subject to the approval of shareholders at the
Company's annual general meeting to be held on 15 July 2011, the final dividend
will be paid on 22 July 2011 to those shareholders on the register on 24 June
2011 with the associated ex-dividend date being 22 June 2011.
