        PayPoint plc - Final Dividend

        The Board of Directors of PayPoint plc (the 'Company') recommended the
        payment of a final dividend of 5.2 pence per Ordinary Share on 13 June
        2005 in respect of the year ended 31 March 2005. Subject to the approval
        of shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held on 19
        July 2005, the final dividend will be paid on 21 July 2005 to those
        shareholders on the Register on 24 June 2005 with the associated
        ex-dividend date being 22 June 2005.
