PayPoint plc - Final Dividend

The board of directors of PayPoint plc (the "Company") has recommended the payment of a final dividend of 20.2 pence per share together with a special dividend of 15 pence per share, in respect of the period ended 31 March 2013. Subject to the approval of shareholders at the Company's annual general meeting to be held on 24 July 2013, the dividends will be paid on 25 July 2013 to those shareholders on the register on 28 June 2013 with the associated ex-dividend date being 26 June 2013.
