PayPoint plc - Final Dividend

The board of directors of PayPoint plc (the "Company") have recommended the payment of a final dividend of 17.8 pence per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 25 March 2012. Subject to the approval of shareholders at the Company's annual general meeting to be held on 27 July 2012, the final dividend will be paid on 30 July 2012 to those shareholders on the register on 29 June 2012 with the associated ex-dividend date being 27 June 2012.
