PayPoint plc - Final Dividend

The board of directors of PayPoint plc (the "Company") has recommended the payment of a final dividend of 26.1 pence per share, in respect of the period ended 31 March 2015. Subject to the approval of shareholders at the Company's annual general meeting to be held on 22 July 2015, the dividend will be paid on 23 July 2015 to those shareholders on the register on 26 June 2015 with the associated ex-dividend date being 25 June 2015.
