The Company was today notified that, following the purchase today of 72,000
ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company at 22 pence per share, Robert
Stuart McWhinnie Gordon, Finance Director, is now interested in 72,000
ordinary shares, representing 0.27 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary
share capital.


In addition, the Company was today notified that, following the purchase today
of 40,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company at 15 pence per
share, Simon Madden, Sales Director, is now interested in 40,000 ordinary
shares, representing 0.15 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.
