Notification of Interest and Directors' Shareholdings


The Company received notification yesterday that following the purchase on 25
June 2001 of 100,000 ordinary 1p shares in the Company at a price of 6.5 pence
each, Suffolk Life Annuities Limited is now interested in 1,120,255 ordinary
1p shares representing 4.17 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company.


As a consequence of this transaction, William Catchpole, the Managing Director
of the Company, now has an interest in a further 34,000 ordinary 1p shares in
the Company, taking his total interest to 937,374 shares, representing 3.49
per cent. of the issued share capital of that class.


Also as a consequence of this transaction, Stuart Gordon, the Finance Director
of the Company, now has an interest in a further 33,000 ordinary 1p shares in
the Company, taking his total interest to 105,000 shares representing 0.39 per
cent. of the issued share capital of that class.


Also as a consequence of this transaction, Simon Madden, Sales Director of the
Company, now has an interest in a further 33,000 ordinary 1p shares in the
Company, taking his total interest to 73,000 ordinary 1p shares representing
0.27 per cent. of the issued share capital of that class.
