Directors' Share Dealings



The Company received notification yesterday that following the purchase of
335,000 ordinary 1p shares in the Company at a price of 6.75 pence each, Suffolk
Life Annuities Limited is now interested in 3,693,255 ordinary 1p shares
representing 13.75 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.

As a consequence of this transaction, Stuart Gordon, the Finance Director of the
Company, now has an interest in a further 111,667 ordinary shares in the
Company, taking his total interest to 216,667 shares, representing 0.81 per cent
of the issued shares of that class.

As a consequence of this transaction, Simon Madden, the Sales Director of the
Company, now has an interest in a further 111,666 ordinary shares in the
Company, taking his total interest to 184,666 shares, representing 0.69 per cent
of the issued shares of that class.

As a consequence of this transaction, Geoffrey Forsyth, the Technical

Director of the Company, now has an interest in a further 111,667 ordinary
shares in the Company, taking his total interest to 151,667 shares, representing
0.56 per cent of the issued shares of that class.
