County Contact Centres plc (the "Company")
Directors' Share Dealings
The Company received notification yesterday that following the purchase of
100,000 ordinary 1p shares at a price of 7.75 pence each and a further 50,000
ordinary 1p shares at 8 pence each, Suffolk Life Annuities Limited is now
interested in 3,843,255 ordinary 1p shares representing 14.31 per cent of the
issued share capital of the Company.
The Company was also notified yesterday that William Catchpole, the Managing
Director of the Company, sold 100,000 ordinary 1p shares at a price of 7.75
pence per share into the market, and his pension scheme, held with Suffolk Life
Annuities Limited, bought back the same amount at the same price. This did not
change William Catchpole's beneficial interest in the company.
In addition, William Catchpole, the Managing Director of the Company, now has an
interest in a further 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company, taking his total
interest to 1,050,374 shares representing 3.91 per cent of the issued shares of
that class.
