Directors' Share Dealings

The Company received notification yesterday that on 12 May 2005, following the
purchase of 50,000 ordinary 1p shares in  the Company at a price of 9 pence
each, Peter Brown, the Chairman of the Company, is now interested in 1,408,351 
ordinary 1p shares representing 4.73 per cent of the issued share capital of the
Company.
