Disposal of the COUNTYWeb directory

County Contact Centres Plc, the 24 hour call centre and software service
company, has today completed the sale of its internet services division, which
includes the COUNTYWeb directory, to Scrollingpages.com Limited for a
consideration of £155,000.

The Managing Director, William Catchpole stated, "This is the final part of the
company's re-engineering exercise and will enable the company to fully focus its
energies and resources on the Call Centre and CallScripter Software businesses."
