The Company announces that the following share options over ordinary shares of 
1 pence each in the Company were yesterday granted to Directors under the
Company's share option schemes:

proportion of the maximum stated above, determined by reference to the share
prices at the date of exercise.

Other than stated above, none of the directors currently hold options over
ordinary shares in the company.
