The Company was informed on 19 November 2001 that on that date Mr Keith
Charles Richmond and Mrs Marina Richmond sold 536,885 ordinary shares of 1p
each in the Company at 5.38p per Share held in their joint names in trust. In
addition on that date Mrs Marina Richmond sold 66,049 Ordinary 1p shares in
the Company held in her name only at 5.38p per share.

The Company was also informed on 19 November 2001 that on that date Mr Keith
Charles Richmond & Suffolk Life Trustee Company Limited, in their capacity as
trustees of the KDM International PLC Directors Pension Scheme purchased
602,934 Ordinary 1p shares in the Company.

Mr Keith Charles Richmond's beneficial interest in the share capital of the
Company remains unchanged as a result of these transactions.

KDM International PLC Directors Pension Scheme's holding of ordinary shares of
1p each in the Company is now 1,334,995 representing 4.97 per cent. of the
issued shares of that class.
