The Company was notified yesterday that, following the purchase of 45,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on Monday 27 June, Mr. Peter Wildey is now interested in 5,805,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 18.40 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
