Vislink plc ('the Company') announces that it has issued 696,000 new ordinary
shares of 2.5p each, representing deferred consideration in respect of its
acquisition of Advent Communications Limited ('Advent') which completed in April
2000, to the vendors of Advent.


These new ordinary shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank
pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company in issue.
Application will be made for these shares to be admitted to the Official list of
the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market
for listed securities. Such admission is expected to take place on 24 April
2002.
