The Company has been informed by Leonard Mann, the Chief Technical Officer, that
he has sold 2,399,086 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 55.0p per
share. Following this sale Mr Mann will be interested in 2,399,086 shares
representing 1.76 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
Mr Mann acquired his shares as part of the initial consideration paid for the
acquisition of Link Research Limited by the Company in February 2005. Under the
terms of the Acquisition Agreement the vendors of Link Research Limited,
including Mr Mann, covenanted not to dispose of any initial consideration shares
within one year of completion of the acquisition and not to dispose of more than
50 per cent of the initial consideration shares within two years of the
completion of the acquisition. The acquisition was completed on 11 February
2005.
