Vislink plc, ("the Company"), the global technology business specialising in high performance communications products and services for the broadcast and video surveillance markets, has been informed on 8 November 2011 by Andrew Sleigh, a Non-Executive Director, that he has purchased 250,000 shares at an average price of 19.0 pence per share.  Following this transaction Mr Sleigh will be interested in 250,000 shares representing 0.2 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
