Director's Share Purchase

Vislink plc, ("the Company"), the global technology business specialising in solutions for the collection and delivery of high quality video and associated data for the broadcast and surveillance markets, has been informed by Oliver Ellingham that he has purchased 67,000 shares at an average price of 32.5 pence per share. Following this transaction Mr Ellingham will be interested in 166,700 shares representing 0.15 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
