Vislink plc, the global technology business specialising in the collection and delivery of high quality video and associated data from the field to the point of usage, has been informed that on 2 September 2014, Ian Davies, Group Finance Director of the Group purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Group ("Ordinary Share") at an average price of 45.35 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Davies is interested in 150,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.13 per cent
