Holdings in Company
The Company has been informed on 6 December 2007 by the Trustees of the Vislink
2002 Employees' Share Trust, that they have purchased 339,150 ordinary shares in
the Company at an average price of 49.76 pence per share. Following this
transaction the Vislink 2002 Employees' Share Trust will be interested in
890,000 shares representing 0.64 per cent of the issued share capital of the
Company.
