Vislink plc


The Board of Vislink plc announces that, following the successful
re-registration from an Irish company to a UK company, it has accepted the
resignations of its two Irish non-executive directors, Mr Peter Ledbetter and
Mr George Russell.


The Board would like to thank Peter and George for their valuable contribution
and help over many years and in particular with the changes and progress which
has been effected over the last two years.


The Board is also pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Tim Trotter as a
non-executive director. Tim has over seventeen years of marketing and City
experience. He is non-executive Vice Chairman of Illuminator plc, the
technology investment company which he co-founded. Other non-executive
directorships include BNB Resources plc, the human resources group and
Citywire.co.uk Limited, the on-line financial news service and Flying Brands
plc, the specialist mail order company based in Jersey. He is also currently
Chairman of Trotter & Co, a management consultancy specialising in the media
and marketing services sector. Prior to this, Tim was the Founder and Chairman
of Ludgate Group which was sold to Interpublic.


These changes are all with effect from 31 December 2000.
